Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in the same condition as when it was received
• Packaged in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for health, safety, or practical reasons, including:

• Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
• Intimate or sanitary products

How to Initiate a Return

   Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Books showing obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records
• Items not in original condition or missing parts due to customer error
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: 
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a 7 business days, it will show up in our bank with in 15 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

1. Check Your Bank Account: Ensure the refund has not been posted.
2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take several days to process.
3. Check with Your Bank: Some banks require additional processing time.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift:
