Return Window

  • Domestic Orders: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  • International Orders: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

After these respective time frames, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Domestic & International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping unless:

    • We shipped the wrong item, or

    • The item was damaged in shipping

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts due to customer error

  • Items returned after the stated return period


Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  3. International refunds may take up to 15 additional business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

International Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered if the item was damaged during shipping. Please contact us with photos and order details.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • A gift credit for the value of your return will be issued once the return is received.

  • A gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped directly to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original buyer.


Shipping Guidelines for Returns
